炎症小体检测细胞系&报告基因细胞系
它们的多聚体会催化caspase-1的自激活、IL-1β和IL-18的蛋白分解成熟，以及Gasdermin D（GSDMD）的裂解。细胞膜上GSDMD孔的形成会迅速引起细胞焦亡和IL-1β、IL-18和HMGB1的释放。
所有细胞系的生物活性均经过严格的qPCR和功能测试分析。

炎症小体的激活有多个重要的特征，如ASC斑点的形成、促炎性细胞死亡、具有生物活性的IL-1β/18细胞因子的分泌以及HMGB1的表达。
