InVivoMAb anti-mouse CD28单克隆抗体
研发背景
D665单克隆抗体可与小鼠CD28反应。CD28是T细胞中关键的共刺激受体,同时也是Ig超家族成员之一,其主要由胸腺细胞、大部分外周血T细胞和NK细胞表达。CD28是CD80 (B7-1)和CD86 (B7-2)的受体。通过CD28信号传导可诱导IL-2和IL-2受体表达和T细胞增殖。D665抗体是一种CD28超激动剂,在多种小鼠疾病模型中常用来诱导Treg细胞在体内的扩增。
